Event Details

Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. We all know that the uncertain times we are living right now are creating even more stress and anxiety and everyone is very much in need of taking time to relax. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace.

Each session consists of 10 minutes of teaching, 30-40 minutes of guided meditation and 5-10 minutes of Q&A. Patrons will sign up for the entire six-week series. Please register below!
