Do your fingers get cold when having a freeze pop? Then make a freeze pop sleeve to keep your hands warm when having a cold treat! Decorate your felt sleeve with different designs and glitter glue. A Librarian will be closing the sleeves at a hot glue station. For ages 6 and up.
