Event Details
Participating in this challenge is a conscious lifestyle choice to plan, shop, and enjoy delicious meals and snacks from whole food while minimizing consumption of processed foods. During this 5 week challenge, we will meet on Wednesdays from 2-3 (meetings will be recorded and available for viewing for those who cannot attend live). Each week will be a new lesson and you will be sent information each week as well as recipe ideas. We hope you will learn valuable information and help to integrate more "real" food into your eating habits.
