Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace, all while located in a beautiful outdoor setting at Madison's Bauer Park. Patrons are asked to follow current CDC guidelines regarding masks. Please remember to bring your own chair or blanket as well as bug spray and water. Register for this series below!
