Event Details

In honor of World Mental Health Day, join us for an engaging, interactive workshop designed to increase mental health awareness and provide practical tools for emotional well-being. This 90 minute event is geared toward adults looking to better understand stress, anxiety, and other common mental health challenges—and to walk away with strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.

Led by licensed mental health professionals, the workshop will include a short presentation, guided self-reflection activities, and opportunities for group discussion. Topics will include:

  • Recognizing early signs of stress and emotional burnout
  • Tools for emotional regulation and resilience
  • How to talk about mental health with others
  • Simple mindfulness and grounding techniques
  • Identifying when and how to seek support

Whether you're looking to improve your own mental health or support others in your life, this workshop offers a safe, stigma-free space to learn, connect, and grow.

All are welcome—no prior experience or knowledge required.
