Spring is in the air and warmer weather is on the way! Learn how to draw some fun ocean cartoon animals with professional cartoonist - Bill Hernandez. 

For ages 7-11. Registration required. 

*Registrants must arrive within 15 minutes of the program start in order to complete the project.
