Join us for a six-week virtual Meditation series this winter! Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. We all experience stress and anxiety and are in need of taking time to relax and reflect.

Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.

The Children's Room has new art! Join us for the grand opening of our ocean themed murals, painted by local artist, Kristin Cafferty! Light snacks will be provided.
