A new book club where we know that it's ok to read YA! Join us to discuss a variety of YA selections. This club will meet bi-monthly, on the last Wednesday of the month.

Happy National Pancake Day! Celebrate with us as we read If You Give A Pig A Pancake followed by a themed craft. What kind of pancake will you make? Dress for a mess. Artist aprons provided. For ages 4 and up.

Join our new Acoustics Club on Thursday nights at the Scranton Memorial Library! Whether you are a seasoned strummer or just starting out, you are invited to participate. All acoustic instruments are welcome; please bring your own with you.

Looking for a fun relaxing environment to craft in? Do you knit, crochet, spin wool or hook rugs? Well look no further! The Fiber Arts Club meets every Friday in the Creative Loft from 10:30-1:30. Drop-in for the whole time or just a few minutes.

Join us for a Friday Movie Matinee. This month we will be showing IF (rated PG). Popcorn and soda will be served. Registration preferred.

Drop in to the Children’s Room to make an adorable sprite friend in a shape of a leaf to take home. Use pipe cleaners to make posable arms and legs for your sprite. While supplies last, first come, first served.

Storytime for toddlers who are moving and grooving! This storytime is best for kids who are either 2 and up or are walking independently.

Advanced Master Gardener Samantha Pullaro will hold plant, insect, and disease identification sessions on behalf of the UConn Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners on Mondays from 12:00-2:00 pm.
