Event Details
This is the last session of the 6-week Spring series. Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. We all experience stress and anxiety and are in need of taking time to relax and reflect. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace.
Each session consists of 10 minutes of teaching, 30-40 minutes of guided meditation and 5-10 minutes of Q&A. Patrons will sign up for the entire six-week series. Please register below!
