Storyteller Monica Peterson shares fascinating family lore that she learned at the knee of her Italian-American grandparents and her own touching personal accounts. Stories will include the romantic tale of how her grandmother's aristocratic parents met in their native Italy (circa 1890), fell in love, lost a fortune, and immigrated to the United States, the thrilling account of her grandfather’s brother Tony and his fight against Fascism in 1920’s-30’s Italy, and much more!
