Wild mushroom hunting for food purposes is a satisfying and delicious hobby, and Connecticut has an abundance of tasty fungi to find. As it happens, fall is the ideal time of year to go foraging in our state! The diversity of species can be amazing as well as overwhelming, and the Three Foragers, a scavenging family from southeastern CT, will talk about the best edible mushrooms of the season.
