Event Details

In honor of World Bee Day, we welcome a Madison beekeeper and Back Yard Beekeepers Association board member, Tammi Worsham.  She looks forward to speaking on native bees and honeybees, their importance in our agricultural system, and threats to their health and ours! Participants will be able to taste a variety of honeys from different seasons and areas, explore parts of the hive, and examine specimens of bees collected in our region.  Please bring your curiosity and appetite!
