Uconn Advanced Master Gardener will hold plant, insect, and disease identification sessions on behalf of the UConn Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners on Mondays from 12:00-2:00 pm.

The collaborative has its regular meetings on the first Monday of each month. This session is a separate review session for new members who did not attend earlier meetings.

Yoga Nidra—also known as yogic sleep—is a guided meditation practice that is intended to bring deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
